  • Please keep in mind that only certain changes can be made to your reservation online, such as updating the guest's name or canceling the reservation. All other changes must be requested through the Customer Service team.

  • To add nights to your stay, select the "Manage Reservation" button in your reservation confirmation email. If you're unable to make the change or need additional assistance, please contact our Support Team. We'll review availability and help you update your room type if possible.

  • To switch hotels, you can create a new reservation at a hotel with availability on our booking website and then cancel your old reservation. We handle this on a case-by-case basis; please contact our customer support team if you need further assistance.

  • To add more rooms to your existing group block, contact our support team with the following information and your reason for reaching out: Your Name, E-mail, Phone Number, Event Name, Team Name, Group Block ID, and the number of rooms you need.

  • To request additional rooms at a specific hotel, please contact our support team. (For Group Blocks: If there is partial availability on our booking site, hold what you can in a group block, then contact our team to see if there is availability to add additional rooms.)

  • To request a group block extension, please contact our support team. This request depends on the event, the stay-to-play policy, and hotel cut-off dates.

  • To request a transfer to a new person, please contact our support team.

  • In most cases, you will only pay a non-refundable booking fee at the time of booking your reservation. Your total room costs will be charged at check-in. Please note that certain events and hotels require advance deposits. Information about advance deposits can be found under Reservation Policies before booking, and will also be listed under ‘Reservation Policies’ in your reservation confirmation email.

Within 48 hours of your event, we recommend contacting the hotel directly for any changes or requests.

    1. Insurance Protection: Please understand this is an optional third-party add-on service; 288 cannot see or service this optional protection plan. To make any changes regarding your protection, refunds, or filing a claim, please use this FANSHIELD link.

    2. A non-refundable per-reservation fee is required at the time of booking. This amount will appear on your credit card statement under 288 Sports Group LLC.
